We offer both in-person and online beginner ballet classes for adults! Whether you are looking for in-depth training based on a curriculum created by the founder or our drop-in Hip Hop/RnB ballet classes we have you covered!

Grace in Motion Adult Beginner Ballet Program

This is a 12-week program for complete beginners or those coming back to dance after a long-time. Offered both online (12-day program)/in-person (12-week program). YES, you can learn how to do this in 12 WEEKS no matter age or body type!

Weeks 1-3

Focus on one-handed barre work only! This is to develop strength and muscle memory in the legs first.

Weeks 4-6

Progress to two-handed barre work. Here we begin to incorporate the upper body into the same combinations from the first few weeks.

Weeks 7-12

Continue to refine the work on the barre, but we slowly begin to add in center work. This is where everything comes all together!

Weeks 1-12

GENTLE and brief (10-13 minutes) flexibility routines each week to help you gradually improve your range of motion.Ā
